If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall remain in force.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jersey, and each of the parties submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jersey.
Activity Disclaimer
(You will be asked to read through and sign the activity disclaimer form below before partaking in your booked activity)
I agree that I will undertake the Activities in accordance with any written safety rules and advice that I have received or been directed to, along with any oral instructors and advice given to me by employees of Creepy Valley Ltd (“the Company”) before or during the activities (“the Instructions”). If I do not follow the Instructions and, as a result of disobeying or disregarding those Instructions, I suffer loss, damage or injury, I will not hold the Company or its employees and agents liable. For the avoidance of doubt, neither the Company nor its employees and agents will be liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage or injury arising in any form whatsoever except in relation to death or personal injury arising from any negligence of the Company.
I acknowledge that activities at the Centre are inherently emotionally and physically challenging, and that there is a risk of injury when undertaking the activities. In the unlikely event of an accident to myself, or to a child in my care, or damage to personal effects belonging to either, I acknowledge that the Company will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage or injury arising from, or in connection with, the activities (except for death or personal injury caused by the company’s negligence) and I waive all and any claims that I (or the child or adult I am signing on behalf of) may have against the company. I understand that if I, or a/the child(ren) in my care, or adult(s) I am signing on behalf of, disregard these Instructions I and/or the child(ren), or adult(s) I am signing on behalf of, may be removed from the Activity and will not be entitled to any refund.
I confirm that neither I (nor any child in my care or adult I am signing on behalf of) have any physical or medical restriction that might affect our ability to undertake the activities safely. I (nor any child in my care or adult(s) I am signing on behalf of) do not exceed the maximum weight for the Activity I am participating in (maximum weight for all harnessed activities is 120kg). By signing this form I acknowledge that photographic images or videos may be taken during activities and consent to their use for marketing purposes and social media, unless otherwise stated (on the back of this form).
I, the undersigned, have read and understood the above, and sign for and behalf of the party for which I booked the activities/the party I am accompanying. I declare that if I am not the parent or guardian of any child(ren) I am accompanying, I have authority from the child(ren)’s parent or guardian, or adult(s) I am signing on behalf of, to sign this form on their behalf.
